If you want to make a rehearsal dinner there like I did, they negotiate pricing, just tell them it's too expensive, but you do want to have dinner or a brunch there, they wave room rental fee's and offer lunch menus for dinner, they work with you, I have both my rehearsal diner and a sunday brunch there, it worked out well.
